In 1986 Franco’s purchased Allied Citrus Products Corporation and merged in
the Tout Fini Brand Cocktail Mixes. Franco’s also formulated and originated
the first dry hurricane cocktail mix in early 1978. Franco’s Margarita Salt
Sombreros were introduced in 1988 and in 1993 Franco’s introduced Jose Cuervo
Margarita Salt. Franco’s is the largest producer of margarita salt in the
world and introduced the first colored Margarita Salt in 1990. We have
numerous packaging patents for innovative packaging designs and own numerous
trademarks including: Franco’s, Tout Fini, Florida’s Gold and Florida’s Pride
as well as a licensing agreement with Jose Cuervo International.
