Starts sweet but the slightly bitter passionfruit remains as the sweetness begins to fade. Toasted coconut notes add a savoury character. Passionfruit and Coconut Gin is best served with a premium tonic and garnished with pineapple. Eden Mill distillery was established in 2012 on the banks of the Eden Estuary in St Andrews and was the first distillery to make spirits in the region in over 150 years.
