Cold application:
Place the compress in the freezer for approx. 2 hours.
For quick use when cold therapy is required, e.g. for blunt injuries, to prevent swelling, to relieve pain from haematomas (bruises), burns, cramps, strains, nosebleeds, toothaches or sprains, inflammations, bruises during sport or leisure activities, insect bites and migraines!
Warm application:
Depending on the size, place the compress in 80° C hot water for approx. 2-6 minutes.
