为顺应招投标事业的发展,更好地切合建筑类高等院校人才培养的需求,积极探究“理实一体化”人才培养路径,广联达科技股份有限公司在广泛调研的基础上,再一次推出《BIM招投标与合同管理》,这是集招投标行业专家、学者智慧之大成,是尝试,更是努力。本书以2015年10月出版的《工程招投标理论与综合实训》为基础,以全国500多所高校实际使用反馈意见、经验及行业动态为借鉴依据,结合法律法规的变化,重新做了修订。一是模块做了浓缩,精炼了内容;二是设置了驱动问题和建议学时,起到了引导作用;三是理论部分吸纳了的法律法规内容,强化了与时俱进;四是增加了案例导入及分析,丰富了可读性;五是实践部分引入BIM技术,突出了BIM技术在工程招投标各环节的应用;六是对教材中某些用词和提法进行了修改,使之更加严谨和规范。本书可以进一步丰富老师教案,使教学课堂更活泼,在更高层面上吸引学生,解放老师,方便学校,体现出新时代高等职业教育人才培养的规格和质量。
