BIM(Building Infomation Modeing),建筑信息模型,于2002年首次提出,正引领建筑行业信息技术的变革。随着建筑技术、信息技术的不断发展,以及人们对智能、绿色、可持续性等建筑功能要求不断提高,BIM技术的应用已经普遍认可。《2011~2015年建筑业信息化发展纲要》的总体目标明确提出,“十二五”期间,加快建筑信息模型(BIM)、基于网络的协同工作等新技术在工程中的应用。《2016~2020年建筑业信息化发展纲要》中,BIM作为核心关键词贯穿全文,并明确了BIM与互联网、云计算、大数据等新技术结合应用的发展目标,“BIM ”的应用时代正式到来。
同时,北京、上海、广东等各地方政府相继出台BIM落地政策与标准,在公路、水利等基础建设工程领域BIM应用也得到普遍认可,BIM技术已势不可挡。正是在BIM引领建筑业信息化这一时代背景下,中国图学学会本着更好地服务于社会的宗旨,积极推动和普及BIM技术应用,从2012年开始,开展全国BIM技能等级考评工作。中国建设教育协会也于2015年全面开展全国BIM应用技能考评工作。南昌航空大学是首批全国BIM技能等级考试和全国BIM应用技能考试的指定考点和培训点,2013年开始积极组织各方力量编写Revit技能培训教程,并于2015年1月出版《全国BIM技能培训教程Revit初级》,力求为广大BIM爱好者提供快速掌握Autodesk Revit 软件行之有效的途径。2017年,笔者对教程进行修订,增加了族和体量的系统阐述,形成《全国BIM技能实操系列教程Revit 2015初级》。
