导读 护理学专业知识备考指导《 公开招聘人员暂行规定》 后,公开招聘逐渐成为 的主要聘用方法,招聘多采用笔试、面试相结合的形式进行。据不 统计,每年全国大多省份的 医疗卫生招聘人数均已超过千人,有的甚至已过万人,招聘人数呈逐年递增趋势,部分地区报考比例甚至突破了100∶1,竞争压力逐年增大。
在医疗卫生系统护理学专业的招聘考试中,护理学专业知识为必考项目。根据对全国医疗卫生系统招聘公告和历年真题的分析,护理学专业知识的考试内容主要包括基础护理学、内科护理学、外科护理学、妇产科护理学、儿科护理学等,所占比例见图1。
图1?护理学专业知识考试内容占比一、基础护理学在历年真题中,基础护理学部分的分值远超其他科目。鉴于此,考生对基础护理学知识的掌握显得尤为重要。基础护理学包括基础护理理论和基础护理操作两大部分。
基础护理理论在笔试环节中考查。作为一门基础性学科,主要考查对“三基”内容的掌握情况。基础护理理论全面贯穿于临床实践操作中,是各项专科护理的基础,在笔试中也会渗透在其他临床科目中。因此,考生需夯实基础理论知识,只有这样才能应万变之势。
基础护理操作通过笔试和操作面试两种方式考查。操作面试属于面试范畴,在此不做过多分析。笔试中基础护理操作侧重考查操作的原则性和注意事项,例如:(1)在为患者插胃管过程中,患者出现呛咳、呼吸困难、口唇发绀表现时,护士的处理方法是什么?处理方法:在插胃管的过程中,因食管与气管解剖位置的关系,很容易使胃管误入气管。患者出现上述表现应立即想到可能是胃管误入气管,应立刻拔出胃管,嘱患者休息,待症状缓解后,根据情况再行胃管插入。
(2)为患者行肌内注射时,若患者取侧卧位,体位应如何摆放?处理方法:患者侧卧时,为放松局部肌肉,嘱患者上腿伸直,下腿稍弯曲。
在笔试中,各种操作情景只需要知道该如何做即可,考查侧重点是操作的原则性和注意事项。
二、临床护理学科临床护理学科主要考查内科、外科、妇产科、儿科护理学等内容,侧重考查发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。 临床护理学科考查 多的还是常见疾病,需要抓住每一种疾病的特征,准确把握知识点之间的联系,基于特征性表现,把答案范围缩小在特定的答案选项上,再结合题干信息分析,进一步确诊。例如:(1)患者心前区剧烈疼痛,提示其可能出现了心绞痛或心肌梗死;如果患者疼痛时间长,而无其他表现,同时服用硝酸甘油无效,可初步判断其出现了心肌梗死;如果患者疼痛时间短,曾有发作史,服用硝酸甘油后缓解,就可判断其出现了心绞痛。
(2)患者出现腹部压痛、反跳痛、肌紧张,提示其可能出现了腹膜炎;若患者因腹部撞伤后出现腹部压痛、反跳痛、肌紧张,则应考虑其可能出现了腹腔脏器破裂,然后根据其他条件即可得知患者到底是哪种脏器破裂。
