2010年是“十一五”规划收官之年,也是制定”十二五”规划的关键性一年。北京市人民代表大会在今年的工作报告中明确提出了北京要建设世界城市的战略目标,极大地鼓舞了全市人民,也得到了社会各界的广泛关注。北京园林学会在年初曾组织过两次研讨会,就园林绿化在建设国际化大都市中的地位和作用方面进行了初步探讨,在业内引起了强烈反响。行政主管部门主动要求听取建议,与会专家做了充分准备,内容涉及城市规划、城市生态、城市安全、城市历史和文化等诸多方面,既有国外成功经验的介绍,也有对北京市建没世界城市的建议,为制订北京市园林绿化的“十二五”规划提供了重要参考。建设世界城市是北京市长远的奋斗目标,其中城市园林绿化如何发展也是一个需要不断深入探讨的课题。本年研讨会是一个良好的开端,目的是要引起大家更大的关注。北京是历史文化名城.众多的历史名园在北京建设世界城市中具有不可替代的作用,是历史文化名城的重要组成部分,也是人文北京的重要体现,此方面文章一并收入论文集中。
本论文集还涉及一个新内容——气候变化对园林植物生长发育的影响以及我们的对策。去冬今春以来,北京市气候出现了异常,过早的头场雪和超长的低温致使许多园林植物发生了冻害,个别种类出现了较大范围的死亡。这一情况引起了各方的高度重视,许多单位开展了对寒冬后植物生长状况的调查,并研究如何应对气候异常变化条件下的栽培技术措施,包括如何防止、应对融雪剂对园林植物的伤害等都是其中重要话题。此外,园林绿化废弃物资源化利用、郊野公园、滨水森林公园的规划设计和建设管理等也是大家十分关心的问题。
