近些年对青岛历史城区特别是里院片区的讨论声音又逐渐多了起来,从政府到民间都出现了一股新的“里院热”。与以往的讨论不同,*讨论的焦点已经逐渐从以前对人文历史的关怀转移到对未来的发展和保护定位上了。特别是随着棚户区改造的征收,大量的里院建筑回收到了政府手里,在缺少保护规划的前提下只能被空置在那里,日渐的凋零与破败始终刺激着各方的情绪。与市面上多数关于里院历史研究的出版物不同,本书则是选取了一个青岛里院,在严谨调研的基础上尝试对其未来发展的思考。其原是山东建筑大学遗产保护方向四年级的课程设计的优化,内容是对青岛游艺里(大沽路4号里院)的再生设计研究。全书分为两大部分,*部分为调研篇,主要包括对游艺里的历史、现状、遗产价值、保护原则等问题的系统调查和研究,并尝试提出合理的保护策略;第二部分则方案篇,主要内容就在*部分的基础上做出相应的方案设计。
