上海市级医院肉瘤临床诊治中心:2017年8月18日在上海市公共卫生临床中心(中山医院南院)成立。该中心由上海交大附属第六人民医院肿瘤内科主任姚阳教授倡议,上海交大医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤科张陈平教授、上海长征医院骨肿瘤外科主任肖建如教授、复旦大学附属中山医院普外科陆维祺教授和上海市质子重离子医院副院长陆嘉德教授五位医学专家共同附议,同时由30余位来自不同系统、不同单位、不同学科的骨软肉瘤领域专家学者加盟,集“医联体”、“MDT(多学科诊治)”优势于一身。

《软组织肉瘤诊治中国专家共识(2015)》出版已经过去了4年,这本书作为我国本软组织肉瘤专家共识,为普及软组织肉瘤的基本知识和诊治规范起到了重要的作用。在这4年中,软组织肉瘤分子病理诊断和基因分型的发展,带动了对软组织肉瘤各亚型的认识,从而使临床治疗更加合理化;软组织肉瘤外科治疗与内科治疗和放疗的密切配合,让很多患者获得R0切除;立体定向放射治疗技术的发展,弥补了手术治疗的缺憾;新辅助化疗、分子靶向药物的内科治疗给部分晚期患者带来了明显的生存获益。
这4年来,我国软组织肉瘤的临床研究空前活跃,已经取得了越来越有影响力的研究成果,部分处于的地位。上海是中国创新能力的城市之一,凝聚了我国一大批多年从事各部位软组织肉瘤诊治的高级人才,为国内疑难复杂的软组织肉瘤临床诊治做出了突出的贡献。长期的临床实践使上海软组织肉瘤临床专家们积累了大量的临床经验,富有创造力的研究成果饱含他们的汗水和心血,让他们拓展了知识,开阔了视野,大家也愿意把自己的研究成果和临床经验,以共识的形式贡献给国内同行。
