非常感激有这样的机缘,写这样一本小书,让我可以安静地坐下来,反思、总结。真动笔开始写了,就只能真的开始思考。
虽然*次跟大家分享自己的经历,也不知道是否能够表达清晰,对想了解民宿的朋友能打开多大一扇门,尽力而为。不过能把我的理解整理成册留作纪念,还真是一件欢喜的事。
平时我对投资人交代并不多,我们几家店都是众筹的,所以有很多投资人。*早的投资人从2013年就开始与我们合作了,一走便是五六年,有的中途撤资,有的一直支持我们到现在,总之没有他们曾经的、现在的以及今后的支持,就没有文殊民宿。
文殊民宿计划会开 20 家店,两年一家(开满 20 家店的时候,我也差不多要 50 岁了,不知道还愿不愿意继续下去)。
对 2015 年之前的投资人、合作方、前同事,我都有很大的歉意。之前年龄太小、阅历太少、格局太小,导致当时做的所有事,都有失分寸、过于自私自大。今年有投资人说:“小玉你长大了。”我一想对哦,你是看着我长大的。
借由此书,隔空向朋友们道歉,如果不能接受我的道歉,我也是可以理解的,不能因为年纪小找借口,如果有什么机会,希望可以弥补,我是非常希望有这样的机会的。

以前,我不懂设计,恣意妄为地改了设计师很多图,导致我和设计师都受到了很大的损失。我还不懂运营,导致我的投资人受了很大的损失,导致我的客人得之不易的一趟旅行却没有好的入住体验。我还不懂管理,导致曾经的小伙伴不能施展拳脚……那么多年,简直就是一顿乱打,居然也活到了现在,是多么的幸运。
这本书里,我试着对由于自己曾经的不成熟导致的各种各样的错误和千奇百怪的自救方法加以总结归纳。
这本书我对自己只有一个要求——真诚。没有任何道路可以通往真诚,因为真诚本身就是道路。
我不是觉得成为民宿主有多了不起,但是我的确不打卡、不坐班,在鸟语花香的地方和我喜欢的人做喜欢的事。
没付诸行动的想法,都只能称作“幻想”。百分之五的人在思考,百分之十的人以为自己在思考,更别说实践了。也就是说,你一旦做了就已经超越很多人了。
其实生意和文艺并不冲突。文艺加上好的管理,算好钱数,就可以按照自己想象的样子生活;而生意让文艺的人来做,又多了些美和趣味。
事情也并不是光靠勇气就可以做好,无知者无畏,我完全低估了后面路程上的凶险,简单是对抗不了复杂的,只有复杂能对抗复杂。
要想一身明净,必须先穿越尘土。

我的民宿之路
18 岁之前的我仿佛是个废物。生长在大西北,学习成绩一直中下游,老师不喜欢我,同学也排挤我,后我只考上了专科学校。总之那时的我一无是处。
我人生的转折点是看到了庆山(安妮宝贝)的书,她早期书里的形象都是特立独行的姑娘,让我看得热血沸腾,我想成为她书里特立独行的姑娘那样。
她在书里说了很多关于旅行的事,其中很多发生在云南。于是我攒钱在大一暑假坐上绿皮火车去了云南,车上认识的一位姑娘说她要去雨崩徒步旅行,我想徒步应该很省钱,就决定和她一起去。
回来后我才知道,那次徒步我居然天走了 17 千米,第二天走了 15 千米,第三天从尼农走出来,走了 30 多千米。
哇,原来我不是像老师们所说的那样没毅力,这是我从小到大次自我认同。之后我就迷恋上了“当一个特别的女孩”的感觉:去墨脱徒步,去马来西亚的山里禅修,去印度恒河学瑜伽……就这样不知不觉地去了几百个城市。这就是偶像的力量。
