  实际上孩子的很多病,都是因为家长心态的失衡,再加上家长对这方面又不学习导致的。我问过不少的家长,发现大家都不学养心:“为什么调整心态?”“心态有什么重要的?”“给孩子点儿压力好,没事儿的,时间长了,他自己就忘了。”——其实孩子不会忘的,一旦给孩子的心理造成创伤,坏的根源就埋下来了,长期下去就会导致孩子肝气不疏,引起各种病症。
  其实你在养育孩子的时候,你的举止、你的理念的不正确,一定会引起孩子的疾病。实际上买书来养育孩子的家长,都是有慧根的,大家还是希望能调整好孩子体质的。所以我觉得家长要是重视孩子的身体,就一定要先从自己开始养心。当你一时没有防住,孩子的身体出了点儿问题的时候,再用书里的一些养生方法。
  家长还要注意一个误区,不要认为养生的方法好,比如吃山药,就让孩子吃一辈子,天天给他吃,孩子就健康了,其实不会的。如果你真的坚持吃几年山药,就会发现自己黑瘦黑瘦的。
  我曾经见过这样的例子,家长认为给孩子吃怀山药好,从一两岁就开始给孩子吃,结果导致孩子黑瘦。为什么呢?因为你总拿东西来补孩子的脾胃,他的身体就会觉得营养是从外来的,你一停补药,他的脾胃马上就弱了,所以不能总是吃补益脾胃的药物。比如说,当你开车上坡的时候,轰点儿油门就过去了,但你不能一直轰油门往前跑,过去以后,你要放松油门,让它自己往前跑就可以了。
  我们讲的所有养生方法,都是弥补过错。而有一个好的喂养理念,就不会有过错。你让孩子多接触大自然,能吃粗茶淡饭,不过度吃洋快餐、肥甘厚味,让孩子心态乐观地对待周边的一切,这样的孩子就少得病,而且他的身体会特别健康,特别好。将来长大以后,他会幸福,并发自内心地感激你。
