随着国家对装配式建筑的大力推广和各地细则的出台,装配式建筑当前受到社会各界的广泛关注。我们发现,近几年,一方面关注装配式建筑的企业增多、关注度增加,另一方面很多地产公司的工作人员、技术人员对实施装配式建筑存在困惑:很多公司刚刚起步研究,缺少经验,没有可供参考的行动路线;装配式建筑增加工厂生产环节,强调协同、一体化,整体把握难度增加;更重要的是,部品部件厂家众多,产品化的部品,选择面临困惑。为此,本书编委会在走访了相关企业需求和专家意见的基础上,组织编写了本书。
