国务院办公厅《关于大力发展装配式建筑的指导意见》中指出:发展装配式建筑是建造方式的重大变革,是推进供给侧结构性改革和新型城镇化发展的重要举措,有利于节约资源能源、减少施工污染、提升劳动生产效率和质量安全水平,有利于促进建筑业与信息化工业化深度融合、培育新产业新动能、推动化解过剩产能。该《指导意见》中提出的八项重点任务“健全标准规范体系”、“创新装配式建筑设计”、“优化部品部件生产”、“提升装配施工水平”、“推广绿色建材”、“推进建筑全装修”、“推行工程总承包”、“确保工程质量安全”中,与建材行业密切相关的任务有“优化部品部件生产”和“推广绿色建材”,部分相关的任务有“健全标准规范体系”和“推进建筑全装修”。因此,装配式建筑的推广和政策支持将为建材行业特别是建材产品生产企业提供良好的发展机遇。
