在一次工地田野调查中,为了实地了解装修过程,我们见到了正蹲在地上贴砖的工人师傅,负责解说的工长说,师傅已经70 岁了,从年轻时做到现在,有着很老的资历。老师傅见编辑拿起手机拍摄记录,就亲切地对我们解释说:“你看那土膏水(水泥、海菜粉、树脂水、水的混合物),不能调太稀,也不能调太稠,你看这样就太稀。”“砂倒好后,要拨匀压实,再补点土膏水……”

敲打墙壁可听到空心声,是混凝土灌浆没做好,还是打底没做好?

真相

敲打墙壁四周,听到空心声,原因杂多。可能是泥工打底时,没抹平空隙,空气被包在里头,或者师傅没事先将“土疙瘩”剔干净,直接上粗底,甚至水泥砂浆比例不对,导致后续的水分蒸发,凝结力出问题,又或者粗底过度干燥,没洒水就上粉光,以致粉光层的水分被粗底层吸走,干燥程度不一,造成墙壁局部隆起空心。

注意结构工程的核心重在架构建筑物骨干,后续拆掉模板则交由泥工工程来补强与补底。设计规划需要的骨架比例,即泥工的初期工作,放线,打底和调平整度,在这些过程中,泥工施工不按照规定走,就会出问题。过几年,空心的地方,一敲击便会塌裂开。

解决办法

在不影响主结构或水电管道的位置的前提下,敲掉空心处,包括周边,整体重新来做才有保证。而每道工序裹抹砂浆时,千万别贪快,不可以厚涂一层迅速了事,而要分层涂抹,用捧尺刮平压实,挤压出空气,这样才不会造成墙体二度空心。另外,如前所述,泥工工程是需要时间养护的,别图快。
