作为一种量化目标导向的节能标准,德国被动房标准对我国被动式超低能耗建筑的相关标准在建筑节能实践中发挥着重要作用。目前,被动式超低能耗建筑相关标准的应用难以落实到建筑前期的方案设计阶段,造成方案设计阶段优化周期长、效率低的问题。针对此问题,本书基于典型模型、能耗模拟、统计学分析方法及我国既有被动式超低能耗建筑标准,针对不同的设计阶段与设计深度,推导了适用性强的能耗目标值,从而辅助寒冷地区被动式超低能耗居住建筑性能化设计与决策。本书研究成果为促进性能化设计的研究与发展提供技术支持。

作者简介

吴迪,郑州大学建筑学院教师;2019 年获天津大学建筑学院工学博士学位,2019至今进入郑州大学土木工程学院博士后流动站并任建筑系讲师。目前主持中国博士后科学基金“基于遗传算法的寒冷地区近零能耗居住建筑围护结构优化(2019M662531)”,河南省自然科学基金青年基金“基于能耗和热舒适综合优化的寒冷地区居住建筑围护结构设计研究(202300410428)”,参与国家重点研发计划“基于美好生活需求的历史城镇可持续社区模型研发与示范(2019YFE0106200)”。发表论文十余篇。研究成果见刊于CSCD核心期刊与EI收录期刊《华南理工大学学报(自然科学版)》,及SCI收录期刊《Building Simulation》;及《建筑科学》《新建筑》、《工业建筑》、《建筑节能》等本领域重要期刊,亦多次在国际重要学术会进行学术交流。

前言作为一种以量化目标为导向的节能标准,德国被动房标准自问世以来,对全世界产生了深远影响。我国被动式超低能耗建筑的相关标准是在被动房标准的启发下,根据国情进行调整演化的产物,在建筑节能实践中发挥着重要作用。 被动式超低能耗建筑相关标准应用的问题主要体现在设计过程的后期评价难以落实到建筑前期的方案设计阶段,造成方案设计阶段优化周期长、效率低。为了将目标导向的性能化设计方法落实到被动式超低能耗建筑方案设计阶段,本书提出被动式超低能耗建筑设计辅助决策方法,在建筑前期设计阶段,该方法对于有效控制能耗、提升设计效率、保证被动式超低能耗总体目标的实现具有重要意义。本书第1章绪论部分介绍了被动式超低能耗建筑的发展背景、相关概念和研究现状。第2章对德国被动房标准进行了研究,对欧洲其他国家针对自身国情调整被动房标准的理论研究和实践进行总结,进而分析我国被动式超低能耗建筑以被动房标准为基础的演化过程。 第3章以被动式超低能耗建筑标准和现行节能设计方法的基本构成为逻辑依据,提出建筑前期方案设计阶段达成能耗目标的方法框架,包括能耗目标的分步实现、各阶段能耗目标的设定以及遴选适宜的设计策略等。第4章在案例调研的基础上,按照居住建筑的类别,建立了寒冷地区被动式超低能耗居住建筑典型模型,筛选研究变量并确定变量的取值范围。第5章基于典型模型、能耗模拟、统计学分析方法及我国既有被动式超低能耗建筑标准,对我国寒冷地区被动式超低能耗居住建筑设计各阶段能耗目标值进行推导。第6章基于全局敏感度分析方法,对寒冷地区被动式超低能耗居住建筑方案设计阶段的设计策略进行敏感度分析和排序。第7章应用研究成果对两个案例进行优化设计,验证了方法的有效性。本书采用了文献研究、比较分析、演绎推理等定性分析方法及能耗模拟、回归分析、统计分析等定量分析方法,建立了面向方案设计阶段的被动式超低能耗建筑设计辅助决策方法框架,推导了各阶段能耗目标值,并对寒冷地区被动式超低能耗居住建筑设计策略敏感度排序,以期推进我国被动式超低能耗建筑设计的效率与进程。本书的撰写得到了中国博士后科学基金(2019M662531)、河南省自然科学基金青年科学基金(202300410428)、河南省高等教育教学改革研究与实践重点项目(2021SJGLX047)、河南省重点研发与推广专项(科技攻关)(222102110125)的支持。衷心感谢提供鼎力支持的河北奥润顺达窗业集团、青岛中德生态园与河北在水一方。由于时间有限,书中不足之处敬请广大读者批评指正。 作者2022 年 6 月 28 日

1.1 被动式超低能耗建筑的发展背景

1.1.1 建筑节能的宏观背景

日益紧迫的资源、环境与经济发展的矛盾已成为国际社会共同面临的一个严峻挑战。美国能源署发布的《世界能源展望 2018》(World Energy Outlook 2018)预计,到2040年,亚洲非经合组织国家将是能耗增长快的地区(图 1-1)。

在我国,随着居民生活水平的提高和建筑业的蓬勃发展,建筑对能源的需求和消耗不断扩大,能源问题日益凸显。 数据显示,我国建筑部门用能年均增长率在5%,2020 年,我国能源消费总量已突破54标煤,大大超出能源供应能力。今后一段时期是我国实现节能减排目标的关键期。为达到我国能源和碳排放目标,缓解我国能源问题,防止生态环境进一步恶化,建筑业必须将节能工作向更广、更深的层面发展。

1.1.2 德国被动房的产生及其影响

为了应对能源危机、实现可持续发展,世界各国都积极制订中长期目标和技术路线图,推动节能建筑从低能耗向超低能耗、近零能耗、零能耗甚至正能耗发展。

20 世纪 90 年代初期,被动房(德文“passivhaus”,英文“passive house”)作为超低能耗建筑的一种类型在德国发端。被动房理念的雏形是瑞典学者 Bo Adamson提出的一种保温性能极佳,无须使用传统采暖系统的建筑理念。Bo Adamson 与德国物理学家Wolfgang Feist建立了被动房研究所(passive house institute,PHI),一同开始对被动房理念和标准进行系统研发。
