薛雪，字生白，自号一瓢、扫叶山人、槐云道人、磨剑道人，晚年又自署牧牛老叟，以字行，清长洲（今江苏苏州）人，家居南园俞家桥。薛雪“少时嗜音韵，键户读书”，妻“以女红佐薪”，居小楼上，卧起其中，“不下者十年”。多年的苦读使薛氏通古博今，以儒自居，既擅诗词，又工八法。薛雪两征鸿博不就，母多病，遂究心医学，博览群书，见出人上，治疗每奏奇效。与叶天士先生齐名，尤擅长于湿热病诊治，虽自言“不屑以医自见”，但医名日隆，终成一代名医。本书辑录了当代学者关于吴门医派代表医家薛雪的研究文献，以生平著述辑要、医学思想研究、临床证治探讨、疾病诊治应用等为纲要，共收集相关研究文献77篇，评述薛雪生平及其遗存著作，阐述其对湿温病的病因、感受途径、发病特点、证治分类、治则方药等论述，探讨其临床诊治及处方遣药特点，以冀全面反映当代学者对薛雪学术思想的研究全貌。本书可供中医临床工作者、中医文献研究人员、中医院校师生及中医爱好者参考阅读。

作者简介

徐俊华，苏州市中医医院党委书记、院长。葛惠男，曾任苏州市中医医院院长、苏州市中医药研究所所长、中华中医药学会理事、江苏省中医药学会副会长、苏州市中医药学会理事长、江苏省政协委员、苏州市劳模。主任中医师，南京中医药大学硕士研究生导师。师从苏州著名中医黄一峰，在中医内科特别是消化系统疾病方面，有很深造诣，有吴门医派用药精当、拟方严谨的特点。欧阳八四，苏州市中医医院主任医师、苏州市吴门医派研究院主任、苏州中医药博物馆副馆长、苏州市中医学会副秘书长、南京中医药大学硕士研究生导师，现任中国针灸学会临床分会科普专业委员会主任委员、小儿脑病专委会副主任委员、江苏省针灸学会理事、耳针分会副主任委员，江苏省康复医学会儿童康复专业委员会副主任委员，中国中医研究促进会医学流派分会常务委员、世界中医联合会文献与流派研究分会常务委员。

苏州是吴门医派的发祥地，历史上人文荟萃，名医辈出。从周代至今，有记录的名医千余家，其学术成就独树一帜，形成了颇具特色的吴门医派。吴中医家以儒医、御医、世医居多，有较深的文字功底和编撰能力，善于著述，善于总结前人经验及个人行医心得。特别是那些知识广博的儒医，他们的天文、地理、博物、哲学等其他学科的知识丰富，完善了医学理论，有利于中医学的进一步发展。20世纪80年代，卫生部下达全国中医古籍整理计划，吴医古籍就占全部古籍的十分之一。
苏州是温病学派的发源地，清中叶叶桂《温热论》的问世，更确立了以苏州为中心的温病学派的学术地位，从而形成了“吴中多名医，吴医多著述，温病学说倡自吴医”的三大特点。这是吴医的精华所在，也是“吴中医学甲天下”的由来。吴门医派作为吴地文化中的一枝奇葩，中医药文化优势明显，历史遗存丰富，文化积淀厚实，在中国医学史上有重要地位。
