治病不如防病,有病早治,无病早防,这是保健的良策。人到中年,病痛渐多,抗衰老的意识增强,一般人会学些进补的方法,或加强体育运动,以增强体魄,有一定效果。人老先从哪里开始?有说是腿脚,有说是眼睛,有说是牙齿。其实,身体在衰老进程中,并非从鱼尾纹开始,而是首先由脊柱开始的。因此,不能等到中年才注重脊柱的保健。脊椎病的防治,应从小开始,重视脊柱保健,可以获得防病保健、抗衰老的多方效益。
