序 脑是容易发生肿瘤转移的部位,在靶向药物问世前,传统的抗癌药物对脑转移瘤的治疗效果较差,除少数患者可进行手术治疗外,多数患者需要使用放射治疗。由于脑转移瘤的患者预后很差,所以临床在诊断和治疗上重视不够,各学科交流合作较少,处理流程较为粗放。各科医生面对脑转移瘤患者,往往习惯于从自己的专业角度去解决问题,患者需要辗转多个科室寻求诊疗。 中山大学肿瘤防治中心 放疗科主任医师陈明
