许多高年资的神经外科医生对“动脉瘤是应该被夹闭还是介入栓塞”“颅咽管瘤是应该
经鼻切除还是开颅手术”都有明确的观点,然而对胶质母细胞瘤患者是否应该接受手术却
有着不同看法(通常是否定的)。胶质瘤无疑是一种糟糕的疾病,患者往往是被同情的受害
者。在许多情况下,尽管接受了治疗,但患者仍会在这场与疾病的抗争中败下阵来。 因此,
