肖正权,主任医师,医学硕士,管理学博士,骨病专家。965年3月出生,黑龙江省鹤岗市人。出身于中医世家,肖氏第九代传人,国家指定全国百名名老中医肖贯一教授的学术继承人。毕业于黑龙江省中医药大学医学硕士研究生,瑞士维多利亚大学管理学博士,北京大学医院院长EMBA。先后从师中国中医科学院骨伤科研究所董福慧教授,中国工程院院士、针灸学家中国中医科学院程莘农教授,中医教育家中医泰斗吕炳奎先生,黑龙江省中医药大学全国方剂学科带头人李冀教授,北京大学积水潭医院中国影像病理学家王云钊教授。现任北京北亚骨科医院院长、中华中医药学会外治分会常务委员、中国人才研究会骨伤分会股骨头坏死学术委员会常务副主任委员、中华中医药学会骨伤分会股骨头坏死学术委员会委员、北京市朝阳区医学会常务理事、国际华佗中医学院教授、政协北京市房山区第六届委员。著有《现代中医骨科学》、《实用骨伤科词典》、《黄帝内经素问译注》、《图解筋骨病》、《中华当代名医系列丛书》等著作。发表《三补—活治疗股骨头坏死》《小儿股骨头骨软骨炎分型》等论文数十篇。领导多项国家科研课题的研究工作,同时承担国家科技部“十五”国家科技攻关计划项目(治疗系统性红斑狼疮新药“银黄狼疮消颗粒”示范性研究),任课题组副组长。获中国人才研究会骨伤分会“世纪骨伤杰出人才”荣誉称号 获中国名医协会“当代骨科专科专业名医”荣誉称号”,被收录在《当代名老中医图录》一书中。
