作者简介

 刘雪彦,暨南大学附属医院副主任护师、内分泌代谢科护长、教育护士、胰岛素泵师。取得暨南大学和爱尔兰特拉利理工学院双硕士学位。长期从事临床糖尿病护理、护理管理、护理教育、糖尿病足筛查与管理,胰岛素泵院内血糖管理、糖尿病专科护士培训等工作。在国内外专业期刊公开发表论文10余篇;主持及参与各级课题项目7项,实用新型专利2项,新技术1项,编写教材2本。

前  言

随着全球范围内糖尿病发病率的不断升高,糖尿病已成为人类当前和今后相当长时间内的主要公共卫生问题。而糖尿病足是糖尿病慢性并发症之一,由于糖尿病足的治疗周期长、治疗费用高,给患者、家属以及社会带来了沉重的负担。对于糖尿病足的研究,目前已成为国内外相关领域的热点。如何更好地开展糖尿病足的预防教育、足部高危因素的筛查与处理以及糖尿病足患者的健康管理,延缓糖尿病患者足病的发生、发展,减少由糖尿病足所带来的截肢、死亡,是广大糖尿病管理相关医护人员需要共同面对的问题。
护理人员需要了解糖尿病足相关的发病机制及目前的糖尿病足管理现状,这样才能更有针对性地进行足部护理。我很高兴看到暨南大学附属医院自2006年以来通过开展糖尿病神经病变的筛查,在全院范围内进行糖尿病联络护士的糖尿病足高危因素筛查的培训,在全院各病区开展糖尿病足的筛查,积累了相关经验与数据。并于2015年成立了暨南大学附属医院/糖尿病足中心,进行了一系列糖尿病足的筛查及诊疗工作,其护理工作尤其突出,设计了《糖尿病足护理单》,进行糖尿病周围神经病变及血管病变的筛查,进行足部危险因素的筛查与管理,并配有专门的伤口造口师进行糖尿病足伤口处理与随访,这吸引了广东省内糖尿病足患者前来就诊。
