作者简介
张炜,山东建筑大学艺术学院,副教授,山东建筑大学艺术学院副教授,硕士学位,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为建筑环境艺术设计与理论,主要承担课程室内设计基础A、室内设计基础B、设计表现技法、商业空间设计、建筑景观设计、毕业实习、毕业设计等课程,其中,“效果图表现技法”被山东建筑大学艺术学院评为“课堂教学示范课”。多次被山东建筑大学评为“优?指导教师”,并于2007年被评为“中国环艺设计学年奖?指导教师奖”。发表学术论文数篇,主持国 家级、省级、校级科研课题多项。论文、著作、设计作品多次获奖。其中,2013年,作品《重生——电影文化主题餐厅设计》获“中国营造”全国环境艺术设计大展铜奖(中国建筑学会建筑师学会),作品《主题餐厅设计》获“山东省大学师生美术书法作品大赛”教师组银奖(中共山东省委高校工委、山东省文学艺术界联合会等)。2012年,作品《居住空间设计》获山东艺术设计大赛职业组一等奖(山东省文学艺术界联合会等),作品《售楼中心室内空间设计》获中国高等院校设计艺术大赛教师组优?奖(中国高等教育学会)。2011年,作品《商务会所》获山东艺术设计大赛职业组铜奖(山东省文学艺术界联合会等),作品《银座样板间设计方案》获山东优?建筑装饰工程设计大赛创意方案二等奖(山东省建设厅)。

前  言
艺术设计与经济息息相关,它对整个国民经济的发展具有举足轻重的作用。从某种意义上说,艺术设计的发展境况会映射出经济的发展程度,甚至能够反映出一定的社会文明程度。在当下日新月异的信息时代,商业空间的设计理念、设计范畴经历着划时代的变革。人们对商业空间的需求越来越趋于复合化、人性化、个性化、多元化,商业空间设计也随之转型。为满足不同顾客的消费需求,营造更舒适便捷、更时尚新潮、更可持续发展的商业空间氛围成为设计者追求的目标。另外,设计实施后的商业空间,又将为它所服务的主体——商业活动带来一系列客观的社会、经济等效益。商业空间设计为经济发展提供了无限可能,正在不断颠覆着单一的商品售卖观念。设计过程是一个渐进的、多变的过程,也是一个理论和实践紧密结合的过程。商业空间设计更是如此。商业空间的使用性质、经营目的、发展变化等都在要求设计能更加准确有效地为之服务。因此,在本书的编著中,我们强调知识的循序渐进和与时俱进,努力跟随前沿设计节奏。本书以商业活动的全新设计理念为引领,通过梳理商业空间设计的历史及发展趋势,以商业空间的分类和设计要素为重点,剖析商业空间设计的基本方法和设计程序等实践环节,并通过分析优秀商业空间案例与细部图片,探讨设计思路,增强视觉感受,开阔视野,为读者从事相关设计工作拓展思路。本书第1~4章由张炜(山东建筑大学)、李俊(山东省建筑科学研究院)完成,第5章由张玉明(山东建筑大学)、胡国锋(齐鲁理工学院)完成。在编著过程中,得到了樊迪、荆惠娟、郭书琪、邵沁玫、周振婷、马园、王亚楠、李亚飞、肖雪雯、姜群群、曹东楠、王薇的帮助,在此一并表示感谢。由于时间仓促,内容难免有所疏漏,敬请教育界和设计界专家同行及广大读者不吝赐教,在此我们表示深深谢意。编著者 2017年4月
