  呼吸系统疾病
  一、急性上呼吸道感染
  急性上呼吸道感染是小儿时期常见的外感性疾病之一,是指各种病原体侵
  犯喉部以上呼吸道的鼻、鼻咽和咽部的急性感染。中医学称之为感冒,又称伤风,
  四季均可发病,尤其以冬春两季多见。感冒可分为两种,普通感冒为感受风邪
  所致,1般病位较浅,以肺系症状为主,不造成流行;时行感冒为感受时邪病
  毒所致,病邪较重,以全身症状为主,易变生他病,具有流行特征。
  【临床诊断要点】
  1.气候突变,冷暖失调,或曾与感冒病人接触,有外感病史。
  2.发热、恶寒、鼻塞流涕、喷嚏、微咳等为主症。
  3.感冒还可伴有兼证:夹痰者,咳嗽较剧,喉中痰鸣;夹滞者,腹胀纳差,
  呕吐吞酸,大便失调;夹惊者,夜卧不安,惊惕抽风。
  4.查血象:细菌感染者,白细胞计数和中性粒细胞计数均升高;病毒感
  染者,白细胞计数则无升高或可降低。
  5.对鼻咽、气管的分泌物检测、培养等病原学检查亦可帮助确立相关病
  原学诊断。
