刮痧疗法深深植根于民间,一般人认为它很土。我以为,刮痧等民间疗法虽然土得掉渣,但许多却是中医发展的源共活水,有眼光的专家不应轻视、排斥它们,而应进行科学的消化,提炼和再创造。正确地对待民间经验,不管在治学上还是学术上,都是对中医药学术传统的继承,关键是善于传承,勇于创新。刮痧疗法是运用特定的工具在选定的穴、区、带皮肤上施求,因此要对与皮肤有关的某些问题加强研究。从总体上考察,与刮痧疗法相关的基础研究仍很少,多学科联合研究的格局未见踪影,已有的研究未能阐明穴、区、带皮肤同躯体、内脏关系的基本规律,在临床选用穴、区、带皮肤实施刮痧术时,还存在某种盲目性,仍着重以治疗效应为评判指标,以经验为临床思维的基础。这种局面应随着科技的进步而逐步改变,以增加刮痧疗法的科技含量,推动该疗法的发展,我乐见刮痧疗法在会期盼回归自然的刮痧中得到发展。
