点制品。成型是面点制作中技艺性较强的一道工序,成型的好坏与否将直接影响到面点制品
的外观形态。面点制品的花色很多,成型的方法也多种多样,大体可分为擀、按、卷、包、切、
摊、捏、镶嵌、叠、模具成型等。擀
面点制品在成型前大多要经过“擀”这
