儿童是人类的未来,但儿童也是社会赢弱的群体,在灾害中尤为如此。发达国家灾害救援医学比较发达,灾害儿童医学救援的预案也比较完善。相比之下,我国灾害儿童救援医学则比较滞后,在近年国内的灾害医学救援的实践中常常显示出对儿童医学救援力不从心。究其原因,主要是由于传统战场救护沿袭而来的“外科独揽”观念的影响,我国儿科工作者被纳入救援行动的机会甚少,组织管理和现场救援的经验匮乏,该领域的理论和技术的研究几近空白。为弥补这方面的不足,中国医学救援协会儿科救援分会成立以来,一直在积极推进我国儿童医学救援知识体系的构建,希冀借此为儿科救援医学奠定理论基础,为救援实际行动提供规范和指引,从而推动我国儿童医学救援工作健康启步和发展。
  在人民卫生出版社的大力支持下,中国医学救援协会儿科救援分会组织有关专家经过近三年的共同努力,《灾害儿童救援医学》一书终于得以面世。本书内容上较为全面地叙述了儿童医学救援的基本特点、组织原则、基础技术以及各种类型灾害医学救援实施要点,并特别注重贴近实战;力求系统与实用结合,成为我国儿童救援医学志愿者的启蒙教材和应用指导;唯愿它能体现出应有的价值。
  然而,本书毕竟是我国自行编写本儿童救援医学专著,可参考的国内外资料不多,绝大部分章节都是历年来参加各种医学救援工作的儿科医疗及护理专家与管理专家亲身体验的凝练,有待进一步上升到科学规律的理论层次;由此局限性所决定,本书中肯定存在不少缺点和不足,本书出版之际,恳切希望广大读者在阅读过程中不吝赐教,欢迎发送邮件至邮箱renweifuer@pmph.com,或扫描封底二维码,关注“人卫儿科”,对我们的工作予以批评指正,以期再版修订时进一步完善,更好地为大家服务。
