前  言
近年来,随着我国经济发展和城镇化进程的不断加快,建筑垃圾产生量急剧增长,许多地方甚至出现“建筑垃圾围城”现象。据统计,我国城市建筑垃圾年产生量超过35亿吨,存量200亿吨,已占到城市固体废弃物产生总量的一半以上,且呈逐年递增趋势,其中渣土类建筑垃圾约占70%,在建筑垃圾总量中所占比例。经调查,目前我国的建筑垃圾资源化利用率还不足5%,产业化水平较低,远低于发达国家和地区的70%~98%的资源化利用率。现有的建筑垃圾资源化利用技术,主要侧重于拆除类建筑垃圾、装修垃圾等制备再生建材。在建筑垃圾产生总量中占比过半的渣土类建筑垃圾没有得到很好的研究和开发,从而未得到有效处理和资源化利用,造成整体建筑垃圾总量持续增长,为城市管理带来诸多问题。
国家“十三五”重点研发计划项目《建筑垃圾资源化全产业链高效利用关键技术研究与应用》子课题七“渣土类等大宗建筑垃圾资源化处置关键技术与应用研究与示范”对渣土类建筑垃圾这种可以再生利用的宝贵资源的资源化利用技术及工艺开展了一系列系统研究,取得了大量研究成果,并将成果技术在实体工程中进行推广应用,积累了较深厚的理论基础和丰富的实践经验。
