  笔者前著《水泥生产的中庸之道》在2014年出版后,受到水泥行业广大读者特别是行业专家的欢迎和鼓励,在短短的半年之内就销出5000多册。同时,不少读者提出了很多宝贵意见,希望再有类似的书籍出版。为了满足广大读者的需求,对读者的厚爱有所交待,笔者于2016年再爬格子山、开打键盘仗,再编拙著《水泥生产技术与实践》献给读者。
  《水泥生产技术与实践》一书没有停留在对现有生产技术的基本论述上,而是采用唯物辩证法的哲学思想,重新审视我们的一贯做法和成功经验,是否还是的、是否还是的、还存在哪些问题、该如何去解决?书中所提之问题,所立之论点,都是围绕对当下的水泥生产效率如何进一步优化和提高展开的。
  近年来,预分解生产工艺已在水泥行业得以普及,其生产工艺、配套装备、现场操作及管理等各个方面已相当成熟,但笔者发现在一些水泥公司的生产管理过程中,仍然存在较多带有共性的或可左右、似是而非、一时难以定夺的问题,正是这些看似不大的疑似问题,却对企业的生产效率和管理效率产生了很大影响。更重要的是,对于某一问题的处理,必须要放在生产系统效率和企业效益的大环境中进行整体平衡和全面分析,不能执其一端,而忘其另一端,企业终要的是效率和效益。
