为了规范水泥行业职业技能培训和鉴定工作,不断提高职工技术水平,山东 硅酸盐学会于2006年组织有关单位编写了 《水泥行业职业技能培训教材》。中国 建材工业出版社于2006年11月出版,面向全国发行。教材出版后,业内反映良 好,多次加印,对水泥行业职业技能培训起到积极的推动作用。 2006年版教材出版至今已逾14年。期间我国水泥行业设备更新换代加快, 新技术不断得到采用:水泥窑协同处置废弃物、余热发电、生料采用立式磨 (窑 磨一体化)等,且部分国家标准、行业标准亦不断调整更新,原有教材内容已不 适应行业发展的需要。应中国建材工业出版社的要求,教材修订再版提上日程。 教材修订期间,适逢国家人力资源和社会保障部部署国家职业技能标准制定 修订工作。其中,《水泥生产工》国家职业技能标准制定工作由中国水泥协会和 山东硅酸盐学会共同承担并完成。为此,制定 《水泥生产工》国家职业技能标准 与修订水泥培训教材有机结合,同期进行。《水泥生产工》国家职业技能标准由 国家人力资源和社会保障部于2020年3月30日颁布执行,修订后的教材亦可即 时出版发行。 按照《水泥生产工》国家职业技能标准的规定,教材更名为 《水泥生产工国 家职业技能培训教材》。在中国水泥协会指导和大力支持下,山东硅酸盐学会具 体组织了教材修订工作。中国硅酸盐学会、中国建筑材料联合会培训中心支持并 参与教材修订工作。按照工种设置,修订后教材共6册:《水泥生料制备工》《水 泥熟料煅烧工》《水泥制成工》《水泥生产中控员》《水泥生产巡检工》《水泥质检员》。 教材以新型干法水泥生产工艺为主,兼顾其他生产工艺,涵盖水泥生产的全 过程,采用问答方式,按照水泥从业人员初级 (《水泥生产中控员》 《水泥质检 员》未设初级)、中级、高级、技师、高级技师的不同技能要求,提出问题,给 出答案,着重解决生产中的实际问题。教材基本体例不变,仍然采用问答方式, 按照水泥从业人员初级、中级、高级、技师、高级技师不同技能要求编排。在内 容上,教材注重岗位要求的基本生产技术知识,重点侧重解决实际问题。 教材主要适用于水泥行业开展职业教育培训和职业技能鉴定工作,亦可为从 事水泥科研、生产、设计、教学、管理的相关人员阅读和参考。
