更年康汤
【组成】玄参、丹参、党参、柏子仁、熟枣仁、茯苓、浮小麦、白芍各10克，天冬、麦冬、远志、五味子、桔梗各5克，生地黄、熟地黄各12克，龙骨、牡蛎各15克，当归3克，延胡索6克。
【功效】养心、益阴、安神、镇潜。
【主治】妇女更年期综合征。症见头晕头痛，焦虑忧郁，失眠多梦，精神疲乏，心悸怔忡，健忘，多汗，食欲减退，腹胁腰腿诸痛，舌红苔少，脉弦细等。
【用法】清水煎服，每日1剂，1剂煎2次，早晚温服。16剂为1个疗程。
兰洱延馨饮
【组成】佩兰、延胡索各10克，素馨花12克，厚朴、炙甘草、普洱茶各5克。
【功效】芳香解郁，行气止痛。
【主治】胃神经官能症、慢性胃炎、胃痛，中医辨证属肝郁气滞、湿浊阻脾者。症见胃脘部有灼热感，胁胀嗳气，食欲不振，舌淡苔白厚腻，脉弦等。
【用法】将药物用冷水浸泡20分钟后煎煮。首煎沸后文火煎30分钟，二煎沸后文火煎20分钟，合得药液300毫升左右为宜。每日1剂，分2次空腹温服。7～10日为1个疗程。

	【主治】老年性眩晕，多见于高血压病，脑动脉硬化症，颈椎病，椎基底动脉供血不足症等。

	【组成】熟地黄、黄芪、浙贝母各30克，白芥子、鹿角胶各12克，肉桂（冲）0.9克，当归、制川乌各6克，炮姜炭、麻黄、甘草各3克，乳香、没药各5克。


	【功效】祛风散寒，养血通络止痛。


	【主治】风寒型类风湿性关节炎。
