本书编者们根据国卫办妇幼发[2017]9号《国家卫生计生委办公厅关于印发早产儿保健工作规范的通知》中有关"早产儿保健服务指南”的要求,加强早产儿常见病症、危重症的识别及住院期间的管理,将早产儿常见病症的识别及管理分为呼吸系统、循环系统、神经系统、消化系统、血液系统、常见感染及代谢性病症七个部分。从临床常见病症出发,综合相关领域国内外*研究成果和临床指南,使该书既反映早产儿常见病症识别的相关知识,又广泛涉及其管理策略的*进展。

作者简介

李胜玲,教授、主任医师,硕士研究生导师,宁夏高等学校教学名师、宁夏医科大学教学名师。研究方向为临床护理和护理教育,主要从事儿童保健、营养护理的临床实践、教学与研究工作,尤其是新生儿及早产儿的营养支持护理、发展性照护、延续护理及疼痛干预等。担任省级高等学校优质公开示范课《儿科护理学》及省级精品课程《儿科护理学》的负责人。 近年来主持国家自然科学基金、*春晖计划、宁夏自然科学基金、宁夏卫生计生委重点研究课题等科研项目10余项;以参加人参与国家自然基金、宁夏自然基金等课题研究近10项。以作者、通讯作者在北大中文核心期刊发表学术论文30余篇。主编、副主编、参编《儿科护理学》教材及辅助教材10余部;主持完成省级、厅级教育教学改革课题10余项,发表教学研究及教育教学改革论文10余篇。获宁夏护理科技成果一、二、三等奖各1项;获宁夏医科大学教学成果二等奖2项、三等奖1项;获宁夏自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖1篇、三等奖4篇,宁夏护理学会优秀护理论文一等奖3篇、二等奖2篇、三等奖1篇,宁夏医学优秀学术论文三等奖1篇。指导的硕士研究生毕业论文2人次被评为省级优秀硕士学位论文,2人次获宁夏医科大学优秀硕士学位论文。并获宁夏医科大学"模范教师”"优秀教师”暨"师德标兵”"优秀研究生指导教师”等荣誉。

前言
早产儿由于各器官组织发育不成熟,神经反射未臻完善,极易并发各种疾病,甚至导致脑瘫、重度智力低下、视听觉障碍等严重的神经系统后遗症,给早产儿家庭带来了巨大的精神压力和经济负担,进而增加了政府在卫生、教育、社区公共服务等方面的财政负担。因此,如何早期识别早产儿常见病症,有针对性地进行有效的管理,提高早产儿的生存质量,已成为当代新生儿领域的严峻挑战。这无疑对新生儿重症监护病房(NICU) 的监护技术、管理方法及管理质量等都提出了更高的要求。现有的儿科相关专业书籍中,虽有涉及早产儿相关疾病的描述,但较少进行系统阐述,更没有将早产儿常见病症的识别及临床管理的研究融入其中,且涉及的深度和广度也难以满足临床管理实践的需要。
