  李东彬,研究员,现任中国建筑科学研究院中国建筑技术集团有限公司总工程师,研发中心主任。主要从事混凝土及预应力混凝土技术的研究、工程实践、标准规范编制,以及技术管理工作。获华夏科技进步二等奖1项,三等奖3项,全国优秀结构设计二等奖1项,三等奖2项。《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50204主编、《混凝土结构设计规范》、《混凝土结构施工规范》等10多本国家及行业标准的编委。
  中国土木工程学会混凝土及预应力混凝土学会理事;中国土木工程学会混凝土质量分会常务理事;住房和城乡建设部强制性条文协调委员会委员;住房和城乡建设部建筑工程质量标准化委员会委员。
  葛学礼,中国建筑科学研究院研究员。毕业于大连工学院数力系,工程力学专业;在北京大学地球物理系进修地球物理专业一年。

  在国家地震局地震专科学校任教7年,主要讲授材料力学、计算机语言等课程;作为学校基建技术人员建校舍三年。
