本书将从无机硅酸盐涂料的原料组成及固化机理、配方体系、产品标准和施工应用等方面来系统介绍无机硅酸盐涂料。第1章主要介绍无机硅酸盐涂料中无机黏结剂(碱金属硅酸盐和硅溶胶)及固化机理、乳液、颜料、填料、助剂(稳定剂、增稠剂、分散剂、消泡剂、防腐防霉剂、疏水剂、多功能助剂)等。第2章系统介绍代双组份纯无机涂料、第二代硅酸盐乳液无机涂料、第三代硅溶胶硅酸盐无机涂料,以及的多重交联固化无机涂料、单组份纯无机涂料的涂料配方;同时简单介绍水性无机富锌防腐涂料和无机陶瓷涂料。第3章~第5章分别介绍无机硅酸盐涂料的配方体系、产品标准和技术要求、施工应用等。
徐凯斌,国家涂料与颜料标准化委员会委员,有近三十年涂料生产、技术经验,先后从事建筑涂料、电脑调色系统、地坪涂料和重防腐涂料的技术研发工作,发表学术论文数十篇,参与过十多项涂料国家标准的编制和修订工作。
无机硅酸盐涂料主要是指以碱金属硅酸盐和硅溶胶等无机材料为主要黏结剂的一类涂料,它是建筑涂料的一类重要品种。与普通乳胶漆相比,无机硅酸盐涂料具有耐候、不燃、透气、不含杀菌剂、超低VOC等特点,越来越受人们的重视和关注。国家对建筑防火的标准不断提高,特别是强制性国家标准GB 50222——2017《建筑内部装修设计防火规范》的出台,为无机硅酸盐涂料在我国的发展带来了极大的推动作用。如今,无机硅酸盐建筑涂料的使用越来越广泛,其将会成为继真石漆、水性多彩涂料、艺术涂料之后,建筑涂料界的下一个新宠。虽然自20世纪80年代开始,无机硅酸盐涂料在我国就开始有一些应用,但真正受到大家重视和关注还是在近两年。关于无机硅酸盐涂料的技术文献还很少,全面系统地介绍无机硅酸盐涂料技术的书籍还没有。林宣益老师编著的《乳胶漆》一书的第六章“乳胶漆的配方设计"中第十节"硅酸盐乳胶漆"仅有两三百字的简介;即使是在硅酸盐涂料发达的欧洲也难找到有关硅酸盐涂料的专著,欧洲涂料系列丛书(European Coatings Literature)中仅《水性丙烯酸建筑涂料》(Water-based Acrylates for Decorative Coatings)一书中有一节很小篇幅的介绍。这种现状很不利于涂料工程师和涂料相关从业人员获取无机硅酸盐涂料知识,当然也不利于无机硅酸盐涂料的发展和应用推广。本书中的基础理论、技术原理主要基于无机硅酸盐涂料的技术文献、涂料原材料生产商和涂料生产商的产品技术资料。参考配方、性能指标和实验图片等则主要来自于上海澳润化工有限公司的实验数据。本书的部分内容曾在知名涂料媒体-PCI可名文化公众号上以连载专栏文章形式发表过,并受到读者的好评。本书能够顺利出版得益于国内无机硅酸盐涂料主要原材料供应商————上海澳润化工有限公司近年来在建筑涂料新技术,特别是无机硅酸盐涂料技术上的大力投入和技术突破,同时也得到了业内众多涂料公司的大力支持和帮助,在此一并表示衷心的感谢!由于作者水平、经验和时间所限,疏漏不妥之处在所难免,诚请读者不吝指正,以臻于完善。
