水越美枝子:与“断舍离”创始人——山下英子、“怦然心动的人生整理魔法”——近藤麻理惠齐名的日本收纳生活家。一级注册建筑师,毕业后就职于清水建设,参与商业设施,公寓等的设计工作。1998年合伙开设一级建筑师工作室アトリエサラ(艾德丽爱萨拉)。从新旧房屋的住宅设计到家装搭配、收纳计划,业务涵盖住宅设计全部环节,负责项目200家以上。兼任日本女子大学非常勤讲师、NHK文化中心讲师。

 

熊仁芳:关西学院大学言语交际文化研究科博士。现为北京第二外国语学院副教授、硕士生导师,北京第二外国语学院日语学院语言文学系主任,日语误用及日语教育学会秘书长,汉日对比语言学研究(协作)会理事。主要致力于日语语言学、汉日语言对比等领域的研究。

在进行旧房改造设计时,我总会花时间在客户家中倾听他们的需求,也请他们一起来考虑改造装修计划。为什么这么做呢?因为与新房不同,了解旧房情况的就是常年居住于此的房主。倾听着房主对自家房屋的优点、缺点、不便之处、想改善之处等的讲述,我也和他们一起构想着他们理想的家居生活。这样充分地了解房屋和居住其中的人们,是旧房改造成功的关键。
但是,很多人都有担心,“我想改造旧房,但是,担心自己的想法不被设计师和施工人员理解……”。实际上,有人在拿到了不理想的设计后,因没有具体的解决方案,只能妥协,被动接受;也有很多人咨询了多处却得不到满意答案,拿着图纸千里迢迢来到我的工作室寻求帮助。
写作这本书的初衷,就是为了这些因旧房改造而苦恼的人们,帮助他们能自己找到解决方案。即便自己不能亲自设计,了解一些关于理想家居的房屋布局、动线设计的知识,也就掌握了实现自己理想生活的钥匙,也由此可以向设计师清晰地描述自己的想法。
