国家卫生健康委医院管理研究所先后出版了《护理敏感质量指标实用手册(2016版)》《护理敏感质量指标监测基本数据集实施指南(2018版)》(以下简称“2018版实施指南”),受到了护理界的广泛重视与应用。随着指标应用的持续深入,业界对护理质量指标的内涵把握、应用场景、计算方法、数据采集方式等方面都有了新的认识。为了与时俱进地发挥护理质量指标的作用,我们再次组织专家,吸纳近年来的新思路、新认识、新经验,并以更好的方式表述既往证明具有实效的共识,升级2018版实施指南为《护理敏感质量指标监测基本数据集实施指南(2022版)》(以下简称“2022版实施指南”)。
