袁华,女,副教授,吉林大学护理学院外科护理教研室主任,硕士导师。曾获吉林大学本科“课堂教学质量奖”卓越奖。先后主持吉林省科技厅、教育厅项目,参与国家自然科学基金项目以及国家社科项目,先后完成并正在主持省级及学校多项教改项目。共发表论文20余篇,参与编写15本公开出版物,其中包括国家十二五、十三五规划教材《外科护理学》,国家十一五教材《急诊护理学》。
