作为一个有着十几年室内设计经验的从业者,我发现设计圈也是有“鄙视链”的——建筑设计师看不上工装设计师,工装设计师看不上住宅设计师。出现这种现象,主要是因为各个细分领域中设计工作的难度系数有差别。
目前国内住宅设计行业还比较混乱,大部分业主对设计的要求都不是特别高,有的甚至只是要求家里简单地刷白墙、铺地板就可以,只有一小部分住宅对设计有需求。这就导致大部分住宅设计师设计水平较低,也有一小部分设计师被称为“营销型”设计师,只管签单、拿提成,不注重设计效果。
很多对设计有追求的住宅设计师想转做工装设计,但往往会陷入困境,大多数人都表示:“我没有做过工装,简单的工装设计流程都不清楚,根本无从下手。” 因为有着多年一线设计师的工作经验,我们编写了这本《户型改造大全 从住宅到工装》,由简入深,从一居室住宅到别墅大宅,从工装设计流程到工装项目实战,逐步解析住宅和工装的设计逻辑。
