第17章 非ST段抬高型ACS:欧洲心脏病学会指南
1.非常重要的是获得完整的病史和精确的症状描述,物理检查中要特别注意是否存在瓣膜病(主动脉瓣狭窄)、肥厚型心肌病、心衰和肺动脉疾病的可能。
  2.要记录心电图:如果可能要与以前的心电图进行对比,这很有价值,尤其是对那些已知心脏病理学改变的病人,如左室肥厚或已知的冠心病。心电图可以将怀疑ACS的病人分为三类需要不同治疗方法的病人。
