《思维导图(精华卷)》: 第三章 全球的头脑风暴法 何谓头脑风暴法 美国学者A.F.奥斯本提出了头脑风暴法。 头脑风暴法原指精神病患者头脑中短时间出现的思维紊乱现象,病人会产生大量的胡思乱想。奥斯本借用这个概念来比喻思维高度活跃,因打破常规的思维方式而产生大量创造设想的状况。 头脑风暴的目的是激发人类大脑的创新思维以及能够产生出新的想法、新的观念。 讲到头脑风暴还要提到一个人,那是英国的大文豪萧伯纳,他曾经交换苹果的事情,提出这样的理论: 假如两个人来交换苹果,那每个人得到的也是一个苹果,并没有损失也没有收获,但是假如交换的是思想,那情况是的不一样了。 假设两个人交换思想,两个人的脑子里装的可是两个人的思想了。对于萧伯纳的理论,A.F.奥斯本大表赞同。他认为,应该让人们的头脑来一次的,卷起一次风暴。 有这样一个案例: 美国的北方每年的冬天都是十分的寒冷,尤其入12月之后,大雪纷飞。这对当地的通讯设备影响严重,因为大雪经常会压断电线。 以往人们为了解决这一问题,都会想出各种各样的办法,但是没有一种能够,基本上都是刚开始有些效果,到□后还是没有办法战胜自然环境。 奥斯本是一家电讯公司的经理,他为了能解决大雪经常的阻断通讯设备的数据传输,召开了一次全体职工的会议,目的是想让大家开脑筋,畅所欲言,能够解决问题。 他要求大家首先要独立思考,参加会议的人员要解放自己的思想,不要考虑自己的想法是多么可笑抑或是行不通; 其次,大家发言之后,其他人不要去评论这个想法是好还是不好,发言的人只管自己发言,而评断想法值不值得借鉴的话,□后交给高层的组织者; 再次,发言者不要过多地考虑发言的质量,也是自己提出来的想法到底有多大的可行,这次会议的是看谁说得多。 □后,是要求发言的人能够将多个想法拼接成一个,优化资源,尽可能的想出一个效果□为突出的解决办法。 说完规定之后,参加会议的员工便积极地议论起来,大家纷纷出招。有的人说要是能够设计一种给电线用的清扫积雪的机器好了。可是怎么才能爬到电线上去,难道是坐飞机拿着扫把扫吗?这种想法提出来之后,大家心里都觉得不切实际。 过了一会儿,又有人通过上面提出的坐飞机扫雪想到可不可以利用飞机飞行的原理,让飞机在电线的上空飞行,通过飞机的旋桨的震动,把电线上的积雪扫落下来。这样,大家通过联想飞机除雪的点子,又接着发散思维想到用直升机等七八种新颖的想法。这样仅仅一个小时的时间,参加会议的员工想到90多种解决的办法。 不久公司高层根据大家的想法找到了专家,利用类似予飞机震动的原理设计出了一种类似于“坐飞机扫雪”原理的除雪机,巧妙地解决了冬天积雪过厚,影响通讯设备正常工作的问题,还很聪明地避开了采用电热或电磁那种研制时间长、费用高的方案。 从研发除雪机的案例可以看到,这种互相碰撞的能够激起脑袋中的关于创造的“风暴”,也是所谓的头脑风暴,英文是brainstorming。虽然其原意是精神病人的胡言乱语,但是通过奥斯本的引用和应用,得到了广泛的发展和实施。 中国有句古话说:“三个臭皮匠,顶个诸葛亮”,对于那些天资一般的人,如行这样的互相补充,一样是可以做出不同凡响的成绩的。也正是奥斯本的头脑风暴的方法,从另外一个角度证明通过头脑风暴这种互相帮助、互相交流的形式,可以集思广益得到不同凡响的效果。 如果我们要用思维导图法来表示的话,头脑风暴法可作为核心词汇放在中间。接下来,作为思维导图的二级分支,头脑风暴法按照不同的质又可分成不同的类别。按照交流思想的形式可以分成:智力激励法、默写式智力激励法、卡片式智力激励法,等等。 如果按照头脑风暴会议的处理形式分类的话,又可以分为直接和质疑的两种。前者是指在群体激发头脑思维的时候,仅仅考虑的是产生出更多更新颖的办法和想法,而不会去质疑或是否定某一个想法;而后者质疑的头脑风暴法,是去之糟粕,取之精华,□终找到可行的方案和办法。 说到分类,又不得不提出另外一个问题——如何解决群体思维。 群体思维是指在多数人商讨决策的时候,由于个人心理因素的问题,往往会产生大多数人同意于某个决策而忽视了头脑风暴的本身。这样的话降低头脑风暴的创造力,同时也影响了决策的质量。 ……
