近几年,我国的建设投资规模在不断增长,工程建设随处可见。工程建设是一项涉及建设单位、设计单位、施工单位、监理单位等多个主体参与的系统工程,每一个单位的工作质量都影响着终建筑产品的质量。而建设单位作为对建设项目进行管理的主体,是建设项目的投资者(也称为业主),其不仅需要做好单位内部的管理工作,对外还需要到众多的政府行政管理部门进行建设项目的报批报建,同时也要做好对设计单位、施工单位、监理单位等的管理工作。
