随着我国工程建设的高速发展,建设工程规模越来越大、结构越来越复杂,应用于建设工程中的新材料、新工艺、新技术层出不穷,质量检测在工程建设中也越发彰显其重要意义。建设工程质量检测的目的是确保建设工程质量达到《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》(GB 50300—2001)及其配套的系列质量验收规范的要求。它既是控制建设工程质量和安全的基础性工作,又能为建设工程项目质量验收提供合法、科学、公正、真实、准确的检测报告以使工程质量控制及验收的指标量化。
