本书是根据高等学校建筑工程类专业领域人才培养培训目标编写而成的。编写过程中本着校企合作、企业技术人员积极参与的精神,组织建筑设计院的一线骨干工程师以及具有多年教学经验,同时长期参与工程实践的双师型教师共同编写,版出版使用以来,得到了广大师生和工程技术人员的好评。但随着我国2010建筑系列新规范的发行使用,新编建筑、结构标准图集的使用及我国对建筑节能的控制要求,《建筑工程施工图实例解读》(第二版)中的一些内容已显陈旧,需进行更换、修改,故此《建筑工程施工图实例解读》再版。
