“建筑工程技术资料与管理”是高职高专教育建筑工程类专业的一门重要专业课程,在培养高素质技术技能型人才工作中占据着重要地位。

本书按照土建类职业岗位和职业能力培养的要求,结合《建筑工程资料管理规程》(JGJ/T 185—2009)、《建筑工程文件归档整理规范》(GB/T 50328—2014)、《建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准》(GB 50300—2013)等国家相关法律、法规和标准规定,对建筑工程资料的编写、收集、整理和归档做了详尽的阐述。
