蔡岳文,广东省中药研究所主任中药师,南药研究室原主任。长期从事药用植物分类及鉴定,中药资源、中药材引种栽培及中药材规范化生产(GAP) 的研究和教学工作。主持和参与国家、省级科研课题多项。主编、参编《南方药用植物图鉴》《药用植物识别图鉴》《药用植物识别技术》等多部专著及教材。

原文
味苦涩,性涩,略有毒,少入服剂,煎水,可洗疥癞烂脚,捣傅脚趾湿烂,去风邪,去瘀生新,凡跌打骨痛皮肿,用其叶捣烂,下铁锅炒至将焦,即入好酒煮沸,取酒饮之,以其渣敷伤处,消瘀散肿,吾粤造酒之酒饼,即以其叶为原料。

考证与整理
【关订】与【冼订】所用拉丁学名Glycosmis citrifolia Lindl. 为小花山小橘的异名,小花山小橘Glycosmis parviflora (Sims) Kurz 小叶2~4片,产台湾、福建、广东、广西等地。模式标本采自广东。根及叶作草药。而山小橘Clycosnds pentaphylla (Retz.) Correa 小叶5 片,稀3 片,分布于云南南部及西南部。故山橘叶应来源于芸香科山小橘属Glycosmis 植物小花山小橘Glycosmis parviflora (Sims) Kurz. 的叶。见《中国植物志》第四十三卷,第二分册,124~126 页。
《广东植物志》第二卷,254 页。以山小橘Glycosmis parviflora (Sims)Little 之名收载, 将Glycosmis cilrifolia Lindl. 和Glycosmis parvifloraSims 均列为该种的异名,别名山油柑、酒饼叶。产英德以南各地,以西南部(包括海南岛)较常见,生于低海拔坡地的灌丛或疏林中,较常见于平地、路旁的竹林下或灌丛中。并记载其药用价值。《中华本草》第4 册,第十二卷,939~940 页。以山小橘Glycosmis citrifolia (Willd.) Lindl. 之名收载,别名山油柑(《植物分类学报》)、小果(《海南植物志》)、水禾木(《广西药用植物名录》)。根和叶入药,味苦,性平;祛风解表,化痰止咳,理气消积,散瘀消肿。实际三者所述原植物均为同一种,即小花山小橘Glycosmis parviflora (Sims) Kurz。
