作者简介
 张马忠,男,汉族,1968年12月出生,医学博士。1992年大学毕业,获医学学士学位;1994-1997年、2000-2003年就读于上海第二医科大学分别获得医学硕士学位和博士学位;2006年10月-2007年2月任美国宾夕法尼亚州匹兹堡大学医学中心(UPMC)访问学者。目前担任上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心麻醉科副主任医师、硕士研究生导师、常务副主任。

校对完全书后一个章节,如释重负!不禁在心里问我自己,作为一名临床医生兼高校教师,临床教学科研任务如此繁重,为什么要花这么时间组织各方专家翻译这本书呢?我一直认为,只有对自己从事的儿科麻醉事业(以及儿童)极其热爱(疼爱)并怀有责任意识的人,才会经常的关注本专业的进展~目的无他,只想能尽可能多的给我们面对的患儿多一些关爱,少一些创伤。医生可作为作为医者的职业,或是事业,又或者是出自内心的挚爱。忽视专业发展,固守已有的经验,便失去了前进的动力。
总而言之,本书翻译主要有三方面的原因:是麻醉学科发展的需要。麻醉学正在向围术期医学转化,但如何真正实施,并无具体的步骤和方法。无疑,首先应该从临床麻醉医生意识转变开始。临床麻醉实际上已从手术室逐渐拓展至整个围术期患儿的管理,将这围术期医学用于儿科麻醉医师的日常工作具有重要意义,当然将这一概念转化为意识也就更为重要;第二,围术期医师的培训应该强化围术期医学课程,兼顾管理的连续性,并明确界定围术期医师必须具备哪些必要的、基本的、中级和高级知识和能力。这本书能为小儿麻醉领域的医师提供一些基本的定义,也是围术期医学在小儿麻醉方面的体现;第三,本书内容能为我们提供一些新的视野,促使小儿麻醉围术期医学的进步。自觉地将眼光投放于行业的领先者和年轻一代的培养,才能由衷地为彼此的进步欢心,这应该成为我们的专业良心。
