孩子是一个家庭的未来,我们每个家庭,都希望孩子能够健康成长。但是,孩子一旦生病,却往往令一个家庭陷入无穷的苦恼当中。在医院,我们见到太多苦恼的家长,每天儿科都会人满为患,家长们痛苦不堪。
其实,我要和大家分享的是:中医里面有很多预防和调理疾病的方法,如果家长学会了,很多疾病都会被消灭在萌芽阶段,甚至孩子就不会发生那么多的疾病。因此医院也就不会有那么多的患儿,孩子的身体,也不会那么遭罪了,这就是《黄帝内经》讲的“治未病”的理论,防患于未然,将疾病消灭在萌芽阶段,永远是上策。
非常令人振奋的是,现在有越来越多的中医、家长开始觉醒,进行中医知识的普及工作,大家不断总结经验,互相探讨交流,给家长们呈现各种有用的知识。这里面,杨千栋先生即是一位杰出者。
