风格是什么?如果只是把风格定义为审美情趣的体现,那就太小觑风格了。风格是文化的外层,是文化的物态形式与物化形式。风格自身也分为三层:外层是实用物质层,体现的是文化的物质部分;中层是形式层,体现的是文化中物质与心理结合的部分;内层是观念层,体现的是文化的心理部分。
风格影响人的生活方式,而生活方式的变迁又体现了文化的发展。风格、文化和人形成了第二空间的闭环,强烈作用于人的观念和思维,促使人的观念不断地更新与发展。这种作用主要表现在消费观念和审美意识的拓展,从而相互成就,相互塑造。因此,选择风格,也是人与文化之间的平衡。
既然这是一种平衡,那么了解自己的现实,了解自己的向往,以及它们之间的差距,就变得非常重要。这中间的差距,就是风格可以发挥作用的空间。
