光阴似箭,《实用瘫痪康复》第2版自2010年出版至今,已经12年了!
12年来,国内外神经科学取得了许多突破!脑科学已经从单纯的基础研究或临床研究拓展为基础与临床同步或跨学科的临床应用,产学研用一体化发展。瘫痪的临床康复也从过去强调病情稳定后再介入前移到与临床救治同步,重症康复已如火如茶全面展开。瘫疾康复的周期从过去的阶段性实施拓展到全程介入,分级诊疗的瘫痪康复模式日益成熟,过去经常提到的“后遗症期”现在文献中也渐少提及了!新的康复评估技术和治疗技术的不断出现,“治疗-膝复-护理全周期服务”的理念日渐深入人心,规范的瘫疾康复方案正在形成,这些都为瘫痪患者及家属带来了新的希望。
知识要及时更新,新技术要及时普及!为了适应瘫疾康复市场的快速变化,满足临床相关学科对瘫痪康复早期介入、全程介入的要求,更新康复专业人员的理念,普及新知识和新技术,应广大读者的要求,我们启动了《实用瘫痪康复》第3版的工作。虽然受到2020年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的影响,但我们仍然秉承人民卫生出版社的优良传统,分别召开了线下的编写会和线上的定稿会,并在全体编写人员的努力下,历时2年时间,终于完稿!
