汪先生担心,这些息肉会不会恶变,发展成结肠癌?他说,自己的父亲年轻时曾做过肠镜检查,同样也在结肠里发现了很多息肉,终恶化成结肠癌,45岁时便早早离开人世。而他的祖母也是在40岁时去世,也与肠道疾病有关。
凭借丰富的临床经验,胃肠外科王征教授推测,汪先生极有可能有家族遗传性大肠癌的发病风险。胃肠外科主任陶凯雄教授、王征教授及张鹏副教授团队,通过腹腔镜为汪先生微创切除了全结直肠,肠管上密密麻麻布满了米粒大小的息肉,无法计数。
术后行病理、基因检测,确定汪先生为家族性腺瘤性息肉病伴高级别上皮内瘤变。“如果不及时手术切除,终将发展成大肠癌。”陶凯雄教授说。这种息肉恶变的可能性极大,且有家族遗传性,今后汪先生的子女在适龄也应定期进行肠镜检查,必要时做基因检测,早发现、早治疗。
