城市综合管廊是保障城市正常运行的重要基础设施。它是实施统一规划、设计、施工和维护,在城市地下铺设的市政管线公用设施,成为城市的“生命线”工程。
巴黎为了控制疾病的传染,1832年兴建了世界上条地下综合管廊,开启了兴建城市综合管廊先河。英国、德国、日本、俄罗斯、西班牙、美国、加拿大等都兴建了不同形式的城市综合管廊。
国务院办公厅先后发布《关于加强城市基础设施建设的意见》[国发(2013)36号]、《关于推进城市地下综合管廊建设的指导意见》[国发(2015)61号],2016年8月16日,住房城乡建设部发布《关于〈提高城市排水防涝能力推进城市地下综合管廊建设〉的通知》,从而推动了国内各主要城市兴建综合管廊的高潮,按照统一规划、统一建设、统一管理的建设模式,对城市市政基础设施进行统一建设和管理,是一项绿色建筑工程和海绵城市建设的重要组成部分。
《城市综合管廊防水工程技术手册》一书总结了全国各地兴建综合管廊防水工程的设计、施工经验。由北京市建设工程物资协会防水工程分会和京津冀建筑防水行业协同发展合作组织、北京建筑防水行业诚信联盟共同组织防水工程设计、施工、生产方面的专家和科技人员编写。
本书在编写过程中采用的标准、的防水理念、的复合防水施工系统。
